Speed up the Head Tube Reaming and facing process.   Simply load the lower base into the vise, center the upper arbor with the provided locating pin, grab a bike and away you go.  This was a collaboration project with builder Jonathan Greene, he provided the original concept, and I helped design, refine and then built the first one for his shop!
